Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy last 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NOTE: (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable)
Cancellations:
You can cancel the order within the first 24 hours of placing the order via email on support@bellaluxebynirat.com. or by messaging us at +919818609855
Once the order is shipped from our end, we cannot cancel the order.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale Products.
- Any discount using discount coupon.
- Any damaged item not caused by us.
- Tampered or used products.
- Bundles not eligible for return.
- Products with tags removed will not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 4 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bellaluxebynirat.com.
- Order will be shipped within 2-4 working days and delivered within 5-10 working days depending upon location.
- Pickup for return will be done within 2 to 4 working days on request.
- Processing time for refund is 5 to 7 working days. The amount will be refunded to the same source used for payment. If the payment was done by COD, then the account details will be taken from the customer where the amount will be credited to their account.

- Items can be exchanged or replaced depending on availability.
- Pickup for exchange or replacement will be done within 2-4 days of request. If approved replacement of products will be processed and exchanged. Products will be delivered by 10 days from the time and date after approved.
- Mention Order Id and Contact Details in your email for the item to be exchanged. This will help for the pickup on time.
- If the item is not available for exchange, then the refund will be initiated after pickup only.

5. For COD order
- Product should be eligible for COD.
- To avail of free shipping, the minimum order value should be Rs. 500.
- Minimum total amount should be Rs 500 to avail COD option.
- Don’t accept the order if it is open.
