Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment, and delivered within 5 to 10 working days depending upon your location.
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Important: Please do not accept the order if the package appears to be opened or tampered with.
Returns & Refunds
- Pickup for return will be done within 2 to 4 working days upon request
- Processing time for refund is 5 to 7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the same payment source used for purchase
- For COD orders, we will collect your account details and credit the refund amount to your bank account
- Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable
Exchange & Replacement
You can exchange an item purchased on www.bellaluxebynirat.com with the same or another item by sending us an email at support@bellaluxebynirat.com
- Items can be exchanged or replaced depending on availability
- Pickup for exchange or replacement will be done within 2 to 4 days of request
- If approved, replacement products will be processed and delivered within 10 days from approval date
- Please mention your Order ID and Contact Details in your email to ensure timely pickup
- If the item is not available for exchange, a refund will be initiated after pickup
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
